Lanca is performing a design-build service for one of North America's largest uniform companies in an effort to reconfigure
their waste water system and provide additional working and storage space. The existing loading docks are to be reorganized to
provide semi-automatic dock levers and additional dock space. Future growth on the site was a major concern to address in the
final design of the site. The additions will utilize the Robertson pre-engineered building and precast concrete mezzanines
bearing on coloured architectural concrete block. |

Madok Manufacturing
Morrell Street, Brantford, ON
Located on Morrell Street in Brantford, Lanca is working with Madok Manufacturing to facilitate a 1.4 million dollar, 26,000
sq ft renovation. This design/build is for a new manufacturing facility that is an energy efficient green building. Some
details include R21 insulated Kingspan panels, T5 lighting throughout, high efficiency HVAC system, heat recovery and air
exchange, daylight harvesting and rainwater harvesting. The project also includes two 3 ton cranes, a sprinkler system and
exterior canopy and loading docks. |

Brantford Municipal Airport - New Airport Hanger
Brantford, ON
Working with J.H. Cohoon, Lanca is providing a pre-engineered building to provide a 15,000 sq ft airport hanger. This $700,000
project provides an additional airplane hanger which will have a clear span hanger 28' high, bifold door 23'-8" by 70' wide,
T5 energy efficient lighting throughout, a high efficiency HVAC system, interior walls finished with liner panel, and an
office and amenity area. |

Brantford Farmers Market
71 Icomm Drive, Brantford ON
Lanca Contracting was awarded this project from the City of Brantford to renovate the current facilities at 71 Icomm Drive in
Brantford. This $300,000, 10,000 sq ft renovation project will entail a new ceiling liner, lighting and heating and cooling
units. There will also be new painting, doors & frames, plumbing to stalls and a new main entry way. The exterior finishes on
walls - siding and block will be done to complete the transformation. |

Simcoe Little Theatre
Talbolt Street, Simcoe, ON
The Simcoe Little Theatre was in need of a $500,000 renovation to create accessibility for all its patrons. Located on Talbolt
Street in Simcoe, this 1,200 sq ft addition and renovation will bring them a step closer to reaching their goal. Working with
G. Douglas Vallee, Lanca will provide a new main entry, ticket booth, coat check, handicap washrooms and a handicap lift that
will allow all access to all floors in the new and existing facilities. |
