Lanca Contracting Limited was awarded the contract to construct a 44 unit, 52,000 sq.ft. residential apartment building geared towards senior and persons with disabilities.  One of the many requirements to form part of the development was the LEED Silver Certification, one which was achieved in addition to very good workmanship, and professionalism on behalf of Lanca Contracting Limited.
